滾動軸承試驗機遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設計與應用
摘 要：利用虛擬儀器、數據庫和無線網絡技術設計開發(fā)基于C/S與B/S混合結構的滾動軸承遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)，整個系統(tǒng)由下位機實時監(jiān)測子系統(tǒng)、上位機監(jiān)測診斷子系統(tǒng)以及兩者的數據通信3部分組成，能夠滿足實時數據的獲取與處理（尤其是大型二進制數據的存儲問題）、異常數據的篩選與上傳以及遠程用戶的信號分析和故障診斷等工作。對6309深溝球軸承的全壽命周期試驗結果表明：該系統(tǒng)能夠實時監(jiān)測軸承的運行狀態(tài)，并通過對篩選后的異常數據進一步分析得到故障原因和故障部位，具有較高的實用價值。

Design and application of remote monitoring system of rolling bearing tester

Abstract: A remote monitoring system of rolling bearing using the virtual instrument， database and wireless network technology was developed which has a composite structure based on C/S and B/S structure .The system consists of three parts: data acquisition-side， monitoring and diagnosis-side， and data communication. It can realize the real-time data acquisition and processing， the abnormal data screening and uploading as well as signal analysis and fault diagnosis by the remote users. The life-cycle test of deep groove ball bearing-6309 shows that the system can implement the real-time monitoring of the test bearing and find out the fault's cause and position through further analysis of abnormal data. This system is of pratical value.
